Note on Mileage: Mileage logs are submitted for the first time in Sept 2009. For the four reports from Sept to Dec 2009, the submitted "mileage logs" show:

• 4.6 miles driven every day in Sept, 138.7 miles

Note on Postage: At an average stamp cost of .42 in 2006-2009, $917.80 is about 2200 letters - about 2 letters per day every day for 37 months. (Note: newsletter mailings are paid for and mailed by the Township, not part of this postage expense.)

Note on Mileage: No mileage logs or any other documentation is provided for any of the mileage submissions from Dec 2006 to Aug 2009. Also note that almost all of the mileage amounts are either 200, 210, or 220 miles, and all submissions are round number multiples of 5 or 10.
